Melissa Keogh is an Articling student with Lee & Company, joining the firm in the summer of 2017 after graduating from Western Law.
Melissa has a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University with a double major in Theatre and International Development. Throughout her undergraduate degree, Melissa focused on the international relations and history of ethnic conflict in Europe and central Africa. Melissa also examined theatre as a force for social change, critical reflection, and justice
In 2014, Melissa began her studies at Western Law. In her second year, Melissa volunteered as a caseworker for the Eviction Prevention Project at Western’s Community Legal Services. Melissa also served as the VP Academic for the Gender and the Law Association, organizing the school’s first Gender and the Law Moot.
Melissa is excited to have the opportunity to work with a leading immigration and refugee law firm and to be a part of the Lee & Company team.
